Founded in 1961, we’ve spent more than 55 years delighting our costumers with traditional seafaring tradition recipes transferred from one generation to another without losing their characteristic quality and taste. Currently, chef Ramon Guasch brings innovation and creativity in the kitchen making each dish become a masterpiece to the palate.
Fish and seafood are carefully chosen at the Vilanova’s sea market in order to elaborate our famous rice dishes, stews, fish “a l’all cremat”… all combined with fresh and top quality local products.
A selection of meats and poultry complete a menu elaborated for all tastes, including also homemade desserts to finish the meal with a sweet taste. An exclusive selection of wines and “cava” are available to accompany each of these dishes.
